Starry Night Bakery & Coffeehouse are toddler and newborn to owner Shannon E. Clarke. With a background in graphic design, a love of "unconventional" ways, and an unstoppable attitude Shannon created and brought life to Starry Night Bakery three years ago. New this fall (November 2005) Shannon will be launching the bakery into not only a coffeehouse, but also a "desserterie". A welcoming place to relax, indulge and be pampered thru great espresso and fine plated desserts. This is definitely a haven catering to an older, not so teething crowd.
