Since 2005, the team at Dulles Urgent Care Center and Dulles Health Care, established in 2017, have encouraged patients to find time for their health and participate in preventive care. Dulles Urgent Care Center and Dulles Health Care also offers aesthetic services using state-of-the-art equipment by Cynosure® to help patients find satisfaction with the way they present themselves. Available treatments include SculpSure® body contouring and TempSure® skin tightening for the face and body.
From the time patients enter the lobby to the time they leave their visit, the staff aims to keep visit lengths between 35 and 40 minutes. This allows patients to transition to and from their daily routine seamlessly and leave the clinic satisfied with their care.

After retiring from the Navy, practice founder Michael Williams observed a significant lack of support for military members, so he started Internal Expressions as a way to provide easily-accessible mental and physical support to individuals and their families from offices in Aldie, Virginia.
Internal Expressions aims to decrease joblessness, housing insecurity, and mental health crises in active-duty military and veterans. Services that help clients establish excellent physical and mental health include nutrition coaching, stress management, mindfulness coaching, and health and wellness care.
At Internal Expressions, Michael supports and uplifts clients to help them achieve the rich and vibrant lives they deserve. Clients learn how to strengthen their mental muscle while building a strong and healthy body.
